I have nothing but amazing things to say about Incredible Florist. They made the entire planning process easy and hassle-free while working respectfully with my budget. Not only did they deliver my flowers to my venue in Can more on time, they even brought the bouquets to my hotel where the girls were getting ready. We got everything from bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and table arrangements. I gave them full control of the arrangements (I only gave the color scheme) and they blew me away. The flowers were absolutely breath-taking and flawless. They also were excellent quality and lasted through the entire day and night. They used elegant lace and ribbon to keep everything tucked in perfectly. The flowers made our pictures look even more beautiful and were the perfect touch to our wedding. The ladies at Incredible Florist were nothing short of exceptional! They are welcoming and kind, and put a lot of pride into what they do. Their passion for what they do reflects in their work, but also in the relationships they build with their clients.
My friend ordered all my flowers for my wedding last June. She agreed to do all the arranging for me as she had previous experience. Long story short, she was hospitalized a couple weeks before my wedding and wasn’t able to arrange them for me anymore. Seeing as my wedding was just a couple of weeks away, I became one panicked and stressed out bride. I went into Incredible Florist less than two weeks till my wedding in tears. I had paid for and ordered all these flowers, but had no one to arrange my 5 bouquets, 12 boutonnieres, 10 centre pieces and 2 swags for my pergola. My flowers were on my top 3 list of most important wedding day things. I was completely freaking out. 
Needless to say, I walked in a hot mess but felt completely relaxed and calm walking out, due to the kindness and compassion from all the lovely staff there. They took the time and sat down with me and worked it all out and agreed to take on my wedding even at the last minute on such short notice. They promised me not to worry and everything would be perfect. I trusted them completely. They even let me bring in a few bunches of roses and greenery my friend had preordered from Costco as well. They were all so awesome with answering all my questions and being so patient with me. What really was amazing is the fact that wedding season was in full swing and they were so busy with so many weddings already, but they still agreed to help a bride in need. They could have turned me away, but they didn’t. That to me is true customer service and that keeps people coming back. On top of that, the flowers exceeded my expectations and they were a popular topic of discussion during and after my wedding. They were absolutely gorgeous! They even boxed and bagged them up perfectly for transportation so my bridesmaid’s husband could pick them all up. I also loved my bouquet so much, I decided to have it dried out and turned into art. 
Anyone looking for not only a florist who offers beautiful flowers and arrangements, but an excellent experience, Incredible Florist is really the answer. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything, you helped make my wedding day spectacular!

We were so pleased with the service that we got from Rachelle and the staff at Incredible Florist. Right from the moment when we met with her, Bob and I were comfortable. She understood each of our requests for our wedding day and we were able to stay within our budget. The flowers were delivered and set up at the church on time by Rachelle, who was actually on her day off. Much appreciated! Our guests commented on the beautiful flowers and this added to our special day. As our guests left the reception, I handed our female guests a couple of flowers wrapped with an ivory ribbon. These flowers were from the large arrangements at our ceremony.
